Who can use Pema
- You must be 18 or older. Candidates must meet the legal marriage age (21 for men, 18 for women).
- One profile per phone number. If you create a profile for someone else, they must have agreed to it.
- Your profile is visible only after your community's organiser verifies it.
What you agree to
- Give true information and use photos of the candidate only.
- Do not ask for or send money, OTPs or passwords. Pema will never ask for them.
- Do not harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or share another member's photos or details outside Pema.
- Do not use Pema if you are already married.
Safety and moderation
You can report or block any member. Organisers review reports within 48 hours and may warn, suspend or ban accounts. A banned phone number cannot sign up to any community. Appeals go to Pema admins at pemaliveofficial@gmail.com.
Paid plans
Paid subscriptions, if offered, are billed by Google Play and managed in your Play account. Plans, prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow Pema to store it and show it to members and organisers of your community as described in the privacy policy.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the deletion page.
Limits of liability and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. [Final wording to be reviewed by counsel.]
